I made this space as a reliable and more enjoyable way of sharing my work.

My name is Teagan. I am a multidisciplinary artist. Ive been tattooing since 2015.

I prefer to work in black and grey-washes, and building out the shapes and dimensions of designs with stippling gradients and contrasting solid black compositions.

I take a lot of inspirations from the natural elements to create either graphic or abstract designs. I am also a big fan of 90's and 80's japanese comics and animations (such as Berserk, Angels Egg, Ghost in the Shell), where I find a delicate technical approach to defining characteristics.

For each client, I am always considering their individual body composition for placement and elements of the design.
Most larger scale designs are freehanded (drawing directly on the skin) partially, or entirely.

Although I predominantly work on larger pieces, that span multiple sessions, I will always make time for smaller projects.

I am blessed to work mostly with return clients; having seen each other grow over the years and still find connection through tattooing.

My tattoo bookings stay open for flash, pre-drawn designs and custom projects.
My schedule is limited, so I am typically booking a few weeks to a month in advance.

I will occassionally be found tattooing in Vancouver, but its typically reserved for ongoing projects with clients on the mainland.

Outside of Tattooing, I keep myself busy working on personal projects, such as animations. As well as finding new hyper-fixations to add to my repertoire.

Tattoo Related:
I have had a very unpredictable schedule due to moving shops & balancing my energy levels around complications Ive been experiencing with my disability.
Im currently receiving Income Assistance, in waiting for approval for Disability Assistance.
Thanks to this, I have been able to gain some time to rest. I wish I was able to sustain my schedule like I used to.

Today (sunday), I will be responding to all my emails and follow up promptly!
If you have been waiting on me, your patience is so appreciated. <3

Also my iPad has been in repair for over a week getting a new charging port and battery installed. ˊᴖˋ Had her since '18. Wayyyy beyond warranty. Dont get rid of your "older" devices just cause something that can be starts giving you grief! - Thats my PSA for the day.

Hey! First entry! Thanks for stopping by.

Im still in a process of making this website a reliable and fun place for myself and anyone interacting with it. Ive been on the social media grind for over a decade.

I know even for my clients or potential clients or just folks having a look, spaces like Instagram are just not designed for you to have an honest interaction.
Ive had a few conversations with clients lately, telling me they dont even check instagram - or have deleted the app entirely...Despite the fatigue for "social media", online communities are still around. I have been excited to see much of the next generation abandoning certain platforms, trading them in for spaces like Neocities. Seeing people get back into creating a personal space to express themselves on their own curated websites makes me so happy!
I remember how excited I was for the internet when it came out. As soon as it became known to me that there was "code" you could implement to design your own spaces online, I became obsessed.
As much as I was drawing, I was just as eager to share it online and began making "internet friends".

I wouldn't be the 36 yr old freak I am today without the ability to express myself the way I was able to in my early teens. I wouldn't have found the body-mod community. I wouldn't have found my art community.
So for that alone, and knowing that there is a resurgence of popularity for the personal website and online community (needed now more than ever), I am dedicating time to this website and making it my own. :)
